Friendly staff. The welcome I received at check in was bright & friendly by the young woman at the front desk. The breakfast server was kind, helpful, friendly & kept the buffet well stocked. The convenience to the freeways, highways & airport was perfect and there were varied restaurants, eateries & shopping within blocks. Great stay for me.
I had a one night stay on a work trip and got in quite late. All the staff were very helpful, no issues checking in- they even switched me to a king room instead of two queens since I was alone. The room was spotless and very comfortable (and I am hypercritical of hotel cleanliness). AND, Trish at the front desk was willing to give me a shuttle to the airport well after my check-out time.
Rooms were clean, spacious, beds very comfortable. Front desk lady was very nice, and helpful. Breakfast included, and it was decent. We were attending a show at Turfway, so this is located very near to that, and some good restaurants nearby.
August 25, 2025: Ample & spacious comfortable rooms. I love the SpringHill Suites model. This hotel looks and feels brand new and it is conveniently located within a 12-15 minute ride from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
We were impressed with our stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. It was in a good location to the city as well. Friendly staff and very welcoming.
This was a really great hotel choice. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable.. I really like that they had the toilet separate from the shower. That was why I give it five stars for the room.. the young lady who checked us in was very welcoming and I appreciate good customer service. housekeeping did a great job. I just like to get a lot of towels and I am happy .I did not use the pool area or the exercise equipment although from just a quick glance, it just looked like a small area for both of them.The breakfast was unremarkable similar to any place that just puts out a few things to start your morning. now I will say that the weekend breakfast was not good. I don't know if it was a fluke. It seemed to be a little disorganized and just not as good. but the weekday breakfast had better organization. I don't know. Maybe they had more staff that day.. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if I am in the area.
Complementary breakfast was absolutely excellent, the quality of the rooms again absolutely excellent but this establishment falls far short in regards to service. There’s more to come. Please stay tuned.
